Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy applies to all of our products ordered through our online store. You must notify us and return items within 14 days of purchase.

We accept the return of items only if they are unworn, in their original and resaleable condition with all tags still attached by their original means. Items that are not clean with deodorant stains or odours will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you send the parcel tracked and signed for.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

Refunds

Provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your return. If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another item or size then please order the new item and return the original for a refund.
