I LOVE IT BUT IT DOESN’T QUITE FIT!

We are here to help. Our highly qualified seamstress, Dorothy Cox, provides couture tailoring of bridal wear, dresses and suits. 

Our designer occasion wear is not like high-street clothes in the way that it’s sized. Due to our wide range of European designers, there is no standard size chart, so the outfit that you have chosen may need altering to fit your individual body shape perfectly. Simple tweaks can make a big difference to the fit and how you feel in an outfit. 

Common alterations including lifting, taking in and shortening. We recommend allowing enough time before an occasion for this.

We are happy to take a look and pin accordingly to make your outfit the perfect fit, before managing the alteration process. You can collect your alteration from our store or we can post your alteration(s) to you - postage will be added to the alteration price. 

How much will it cost me?

This is dependent on the amount of work that needs doing but our seamstress will be happy to offer you a quote for the work.
